Welcome to Gates Consulting Group. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase or use of our professional consulting services.
By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement governing your engagement.
1. About Gates Consulting Group
Gates Consulting Group is a business of RSG & Associates, LLC, providing grant readiness assessments, consulting, training, and related professional services to churches and faith-based nonprofit organizations.
Our services are designed to help organizations strengthen their capacity, compliance, and competitiveness when pursuing grant funding.
2. Scope of Services
Services are provided according to the descriptions presented on our website, in written proposals, or in separate client agreements.
The Faith-Based Grant Readiness Snapshot™ is a preliminary professional assessment intended to identify organizational readiness strengths, gaps, and recommended next steps.
Unless expressly included in a separate written agreement, the Snapshot does not include grant writing, grant application submission, grant management, legal representation, accounting services, or ongoing consulting support.
3. Faith-Based Grant Readiness Snapshot™
The Faith-Based Grant Readiness Snapshot™ is currently offered for $197 and includes an organizational readiness review, identification of key strengths and gaps, prioritized recommendations, a personalized Snapshot Report, and a 30-minute review consultation.
The assessment is based on information and supporting documents provided by the client.
The stated five-business-day report preparation period begins after Gates Consulting Group receives the completed intake and required supporting documents.
Consultation scheduling is subject to mutual availability.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information reasonably necessary for the services requested.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the authority to submit organizational information and supporting documents.
Delays in providing required materials may affect service timelines.
Clients remain responsible for their organization's decisions, grant applications, regulatory compliance, financial management, and implementation of recommendations.
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment is required according to the terms presented at checkout or in the applicable written service agreement.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
Cancellations and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available through our website.
For the Faith-Based Grant Readiness Snapshot™, clients may request a full refund before Gates Consulting Group begins reviewing their submitted intake information or supporting documents. Once assessment work begins, the service fee becomes nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.
6. No Guarantee of Grant Funding
Gates Consulting Group does not guarantee that a client will qualify for, receive, or be awarded grant funding.
Funding decisions are made independently by grantmakers and other funding organizations.
Our assessments, recommendations, and consulting services are intended to support organizational preparation and informed decision-making, not to guarantee funding outcomes.
